Feels and looks well made. Tolerances are as expected. Fits the boring head smoothly but not loose. Hard surface is not marred by set screw.

I broke the first one I received, it can't handle touching a 0.187 wall at the bottom of a bore. the tip snapped off as soon as it touched, so leave clearance at the backwall. it cut beautifully other than that, so I ordered another one, we'll see how the second one fairs hopefully with less operator error.

Its a great item and well made but be aware there is no woodruff spot ground in the shank to register it square.
