Like other people experienced, the faucet head that came with my wonderful faucet was great for a while but then the spray button started sticking and had to be pried out in order to produce a stream of water. I had soaked it in vinegar a couple of times, which did fix the problem - until this last third time, when it didn't. After fighting with it for too long, I looked for a replacement. I could not find one in that brand. After reading the reviews on this one, I ordered it. I am very, very pleased with it. It is heavier than the one I replaced, due no doubt to the fact that it is made of metal, not plastic. It operates slightly differently but I adjusted to that quickly. Installing it was not a problem. It took a couple of tries to find the correct adapter and the correct o-rings but that only took a few short minutes. It works so well. I have high expectations for it to continue doing so, partly based on it being made of metal and feeling so very solid. But, just in case, I have now ordered 2 more as backups since I live in the country and am on a well. My water is so full of minerals that it has historically clogged everything up eventually. Now I am well set for a long time and feel really good about it. I have no hesitation in recommending this faucet head. It costs a little bit more than many others that are on Amazon but not much - and I believe this is a case of "you get what you pay for."

Fantastic replacement part that does what it's intended to do at a great price. Has lasted longer than the "official" faucet head that came with the faucet.

I bought this to replace an IKEA faucet nozzle. I was not sure which IKEA faucet I have, or who made it, so we took a shot on this one. It is a “close enough†replacement, a little shorter than the original but with the same function and look. The nozzle was easy to replace, and was a direct replacement without the need to use any adaptors to make it fit. The only thing it did not have was the large plastic washer that fire between the hose and the nozzle. There was not one in the box, but I did see mention made of it in the instructions. I ended up pulling the one off the original nozzle to make this new one work. Once installed, it looks original and operates the same as the OEM one did, save for the leaks. I would buy this again.

The size and style is pretty close as you can see in this photo of the replacement head on the existing Hansgrohe faucet. The diameter is slightly bigger and the finish is a little off as seen in the close-up shot. it's not really that noticeable in everyday use. The install is very easy with lots of fittings for different faucet types. The fitting for this application was clearly identified on the package. The buttons work really well and the spray is very strong (better than the OEM). I'll probably buy another one and store it for the future.

Took a minute to figure out what fits with what once that was done we've found it attractive, easy to use and appears to be a quality product with an exvellent price.

Doesn’t fit. Paperwork says to let them know if it doesn’t fit, but no phone number listed.Their customer service is terrible. They keep sending me poorly written, idiotic emails. I’ve sent the pictures they requested and they still haven’t sent me the adapter.

Replaced broken Moen faucet. Easy to install with adapters provided. Actually has a better spray than original.
