I went thru several streamers before this one. This one has a lot more butt than the local wholesale store with initials HF. I also like that you can use a bucket to hold the continuous water. With the others, they have a holding tank that you must wait for the unit to cool down before it refills. This one just feels safer. Great for carpet cleaning, upholstery, auto, shower glass door and tile. Also has a spray function similar to a pressure washer, not just a steam function. Nice compact, easy to use. We’ll worth the money if you’re a ‘cleaner’.

been relying on steam cleaning for years, not unfamiliar with units available, burnt out a couple tank units, won't mention manufacuturer, i don't buy cheap. was skeptical at first... absolutley not after first use. What i WON'T MISS is refilling a tank! Unit has it's quirks, but if directions are followed and with a little patience... works just fine! Read the reviews before purchase... anyone that complained about start up and expected instant steam didn't read intructions. After understanding HOW the unit responds... cleaned for a solid four hours with no issues. Pretty sure with proper care after use... this unit will last. Well worth $ paid.

Works fine, just make sure to read manual how to make steam like 107 times……even better if you can memorize it. After all you’ll find yourself blow steam out of window for how far steam kicks especially if it’s freezing outside.

I don’t write many reviews, only if exceeded my expectations or really failed. this product is absolutely amazing, very well built and works beyond what I thought it could do, but the customer service from the company is even more amazing. The product cleans unbelievably but I had an issue during shipping, a plastic piece on the handle broke. The company identified my problem and corrected it very promptly, returning all my messages unbelievably fast. I would purchase any product they sold just on they fast eager help along with selling a solid, strong made product witch are two things you don’t see this day in age

you can put your hand in front of this thing, my cloths steamer works better than this thing. takes hours to do what a real professional cteam cleaner can do, and this isn;t one of them. save yourself the agrivation, avoid this product and stay happy.

UPDATE: Hapyvergo contacted me immediately after my review was posted and we determined the best move forward was a replacement machine which they offered and shipped free of charge. The new machine works so well. I think the other one had a pump issue. Their customer service is amazing. "After a few months of occasional use the pump has already worn out. It still produces hot water, but water runs out of the trigger and burns my gloved hands, and there's no longer pressure to steam clean. For the price I expected a longer lasting product."

I have had steam-cleaning units before. Not complicated provide water in or thru hose, turn on, wait till water is hot, push button, STEAMThis thing is like, turn on, solve NY Times Sunday crossword, push button, take a bath, do your grocery shopping, then warm water NOT STEAM comes out. Worst purchase ever
