The product arrived the earliest date stated for delivery. The carriage has zero play and moves smoothly. I assumed that the bearing for the carriage were riding on the aluminum extrusion itself but was happy to see some hardened steel rods. This entire unit is constructed of metal and of high quality. My ONLY complaint is the coupler for the motor does not fit the motor I have (nema 23 with 10mm shaft) but I knew this was the case and the shaft diameter for my motor is not standard.

Linear belt drive working great in production. Bought 2 units at different times, both came well before the target date. Fantastic customer service. Quick answers to questions, sent me CAD drawings so I could model it before I bought. Everything is as advertised. Well made and works smooth. I bought this with a worm drive. I did some modification to the way it mounts because I am using it for a vertical application using a servo motor. The quality is amazing for what you pay. The company was very responsive and helpful. They sent pictures of what I was going to get before they shipped it. It only took a few days to get here also. If you are setting up a CNC machine on a budget, this is an awesome way to go!

Unfortunately the tapped mount points for the nema23 motor aren’t properly aligned so when the motor is connected via the coupler (which is centered) the tapped holes don’t align with the motor edges and can’t be screwed in
