I'm not sure what I was anticipating, but this was several times larger than whatever that was! It's, obviously, rather difficult to get a sense of scale from the photos, but this is a bonafide "full size" glue gun, meaning that it is ideal for larger craft projects and home renovations. The gun itself, as mentioned, is about the size of a small Nerf gun, and the corresponding glue sticks are closer to that of mozzarella sticks, for reference. Beyond the size, which proved momentarily startling, this seems to be a well-crafted piece of equipment.Heatup takes a bit longer than the "grab and go" kind of glue guns you could snag at Michael's, for example, but the output is truly something different. Although it might prove a bit challenging to find the proper glue sticks to correspond with this tool, I've checked the brands page and—lo and behold—the refill packs of glue sticks are cheap beyond belief. That's not to say that the pack of 20 that this glue gun comes with will go relatively quickly.On the contrary, unless you're an artist by trade, or using this on a daily basis, I can't imagine you'd blaze through these sticks quickly enough to warrant continual purchases! I'd imagine we'll be using the package that this comes with for at least a couple years (as we're only crafting enthusiasts, and only seem to need minor home repairs which would deem this the appropriate approach. It feels nice in the hand, isn't especially heavy, and needs very little extra consideration beyond the aforementioned "cheapy' glue guns outside of the sheer size.If anything, this could stand to be a tiny bit heavier, for the purposes of better control corresponding with the sheer amount of total glue output this thing emits. Beyond this, though, this is a remarkably good product for a shockingly low cost, and I think that if you find yourself dissatisfied with the quality/size of the standard glue-gun, I can't see anything here preventing you from getting this nice upgrade! 9.5/10 find here!

I like that this Glue Gun is able to stand up without touching the table. I have used several glue guns in the past, they have all been all the small to medium size. This one is quite large, I was excited to be able to choose a large professional Glue Gun, because in some cases you just need a Glue Gun that the glue is very hot. This one operates at a 120w, which is very hot. 20 glue sticks are included with the Glue Gun, and they are quite large as well. The glue stick should last a long time. Overall I am satisfied with the Glue Gun and look forward to using it for different projects, as I am a crafter.

I have small glue guns, the kind that are made for crafting, and even a glue gun similar in size to this one, but it has a 60w to 100w switch. This one operates at 120w, so it gets very hot and stays very hot the entire time that you use it. It needs to sit for a while to heat up and ensure the glue is properly melted before you start using it, but once it's ready, it works great. I like that it can stand on its own instead of having to lay it on its side while it's heating up. I've been using it for craft projects, and the glue holds well. I haven't had any issues with that at all.

Larger than any glue gun I’ve ever used before, but that’s okay. It might not always be as handy for certain situations as one of the smaller glue guns, but it works way, way better.
