Use this all the time. What a great tool. Does not tie up my smartphone. Nice solid case. Battery lasts for a long time. ( we are only occasional use. probably 5 minutes at a time here and there... have not needed to charge in over a month ) . 10/10

UPDATE:After a quick troubleshooting session, HIKMIKRO sent me a new unit that works perfectly fine (as the original one did for some time). So I've changed my rating and as long as this one doesn't die I'm a very happy customer again.I used a camera a few times and was super happy with it. After about a month on a shelf – it just wouldn't turn on. I used the included power supply, let it sit plugged in overnight, but no luck.Reach out to customer support on Dec 3, but still no reply. Very disappointed.

Camera freezes a lot. Picture quality is is ok. I may buy a FLIR to compare with. Not sure if I will be returning this.Customer service is excellent. They reached out when I had an issue and offered a replacement. New one works great so far and no issues. Would definitely buy again just for the customer service factor alone. ðŸ‘

I purchased this and it works great. Something to consider is if you want to sync pictures for reports you should upgrade to the Pocket 2. If you are not looking to sync pictures then this is good, especially for its small size
