I needed a new bike and this one looked awesome with the 3 spoke wheels! I also wanted something lighter than my old MTB and this one is, nothing too dramatic but it’s quite a bit easier to carry around and maneuver. I’ve only risen it about 4 or 5 times now (about 10 miles each) but it feels good and hasn’t given me any issues. I spend awhile getting the brakes and wheels adjusted when first assembling it, but I feel any bike you have to put together is going to need that treatment. The shocks felt very stiff out of the box but there is an adjusted so I loosened it up as much as I could and it rides better on my path now. I’d recommend this bike! Will update if anything catastrophic or unexpected happens to it.

This bike is an absolute piece of crap. While the majority of the bike comes put together the parts that need assembly or adjustment are so tightly screwed together I stripped the cheap tools that came with the product just loosening them to complete assembly and configuration. The bike has cheap parts. The disk brakes took an hour to adjust (still not quite right with slight rubbing) and were slightly warped. The gearing is completely out of synch. The front derailleur was perpetually stuck in 2nd. It's taken hours to adjust and still does not shift properly. Plan on taking several hours to complete the assembly or budget resources to take it to a professional. I am completely disappointed and deeply regret my purchase. I would give this purchased product multiple negative stars if I could.After spending several hours completing the Bike assembly, I grudgingly took it to a professional technician to review my work since I had lost all confidence in the product. The technician stated that the Bike appeared to have been assembled at the factory by "two blind men who had never seen a Bike". The brake disks were warped which he repaired. The rear derailleur was damaged during shipping and the front derailleur was completely out of alignment perpetually locked in 2nd gear with 6 sub-gears at best. I spent two days and an additional $100 completing the assembly. I do not recommend purchasing this brand of bike nor will I ever purchase this product brand again.

I received this bike on time and undamaged. The bike only took about 15 minutes to assemble and tweak the derailleur and disc brakes and it was ready to ride. Its a very nice looking bike, good frame and I was surprised how light the 6-spokes wheels are. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star is because the front hub locking skewer was the wrong part - it was about 3 inches too long. I was also a little disappointed that the rear hub is not a quick release (with locking skewer), but rather a conventional nut and bolt hub. My bad for not researching the Shimano derailleur gear used on this bike, it's just about the cheapest Shimano gear you can by and as a result, does not justify the $349 I paid for the bike. Only time will tell if the cheap Shimano gear will hold up. I've been riding the pretty hard, daily, for about 10 days now and it seems to be holding up well.

Bought this just for a bike to cruise around the neighborhood as I don’t take my expensive one out as I use that for the mountains. Now you won’t be taking this on extreme trails as it’s not really made more that much abuse but as a light trail and roads bike it’s pretty good. It does require some tuning and I’d recommend putting grease in the headstock as I had to do that as there was minimal grease in it. Tires weren’t bad but I did replace them and added liners to them but overall I wouldn’t have a problem recommending this bike

The bike is very comfortable and it rides nice, when it's not having a flat or going up or down hills. I love the three spoke tires, because they are so unique. However the back tire keeps leaking air. I purchased two of these bicycles, one for my husband and one for myself. The very first day my husband got on his, he had two blowouts. My bike tires lasted quite awhile, then I had two blowouts as well. The first time mine blew out, I was two miles from my car and had to walk back. The second blowout was just outside my door. We bought two or three replacement tubes and they had leaks in them, close to the seam, so we think it was a bad lot of replacements. Then we went to a different store and we tried a "slime" back tire and that seemed to hold for several rides. That too, leaked after time passed. We went to a bike shop and purchased tubes from them, they also leaked. I'm on my probably 8th or 9th back tire tube in less than a year. So, there is something wrong with the tire to cause so many leaks and blowouts. My gears do not shift properly, and my husband's bike has the same issue. His gears don't work either. I can use the middle 7, but the low and high gears keep shifting and skipping or the chain gets stuck. Same for my husband. Also, he had another issue with his wheel as well. I wouldn't recommend this bike to anyone.

Liked very much.my last bike was from a bike shop and they built it,so I was a little apprehensive of what would show up.Great packing ,well protected and most importantly not damaged.I went step by step and inspected everything as I went along.great assembly experience (used my own tools)the first and most important part for me was there was no adjustments other than the seat of course.I have my expensive bike to compare to and this bike really surprised me every thing important to me the ride and sturdiness was spot on.The shifting was very smooth,I recommend this bike very much for street use.Not going to use it in the mountains or trails with I am fairly sure I would come across some limitations.

I would recommend this bike to anyone who wants a great value. The bike is well made and looks nice and the price is well worth it. Unfortunately my bike had some shipping damage. The fork was bent when we took it out of the box. I contacted Hiland and they told me to get the fork replaced and they would refund the total. That is just what happened. I highly recommend the purchase of this bike and rest assured that if there is any shipping damage they will take care of you.

Best bike I ever got. Easy to assemble nice design, and a smooth ride. Good power transfer when pedaling, which means I can go faster with less effort. I was hesitant at first about the grip switcher because I had a bad experience with this in the past, but gear switching turned out to be very smooth and I encountered no problem. The seat is comfortable, the bike is light but sturdy and there was even mjdguarda included which weren't mentioned in the description, which is quite appreciated. Those were a bit complicated to put on the bike because of the lack of instructions, but I managed to put them on without too much trouble. The disc brakes needed a bit of an adjustment, but I figure it's normal, as everything else needed to be adjusted to my taste, Soo it's no big deal. For the price I'm very impressed and I expect to have great mileage from it.

Seller has fast and reliable shipping. Unfortunately I've had this bike now for 6 or 7 weeks and most of the gears do not work properly. Right now I have it set to the single gear that works. It just won't change the gears when I want it to. It already needs a tune-up. Not what I expected.Janssen Wall

It is not bad. Running like a cat the alignment matter does not affect the running, the plastic water barriers for the wheels are very bad quality and they just put them there while they are not des for the bike I just removed the as they were dangling and damaged the image of a nice bike
