These are absolutely the best stitch markers I’ve found for crochet. They are perfect for keeping track of stitches especially when using thin (DK weight and under) yarn. The colors are bright the stitch markers are smooth and don’t snag your work. They have a very narrow diameter and do not stretch out your stitches. I’ve found they are easy to slide in and out of the work yet they stay in place without the hassle of having to lock/unlock (like some other stitch markers do) every time you get back to your starting stitch — just give them a little twirl. I was frustrated with the “c†shaped stitch markers that I had been using that tend to pop out or get in the way when working in small rounds, so I bought these on a whim. So glad that I did!

These are very very high quality, real metal, inexpensive stitch markers that i think every knitter or crocheter should have. Great size, but the hook snags a little bit on the yarn, so be a little mindful about that. Again, these are real, sturdy metal, paint does not rub off or chip, and you get as many as it says online. Best stitch markers I've used!

I am very happy with these stitch markers. They are a quick way to apply a removable marker. They go on faster than the plastic version I used previously that had legs that overlap. They also don't damage the yarn the way the plastic ones had a tendency to.They stay where I put them and, as long as I twist them past the tail section, I have no fear of them coming off. They are thin enough that I think I'll try them for Japanese short rows. They're also very bright and stand out nicely. These are metal with a paint coating and they feel really nice to handle. If you are working with a small enough needle, you could use them like a closed marker too.

Plastic stitch markers are fine, but they break SO quickly. These metal stitch markers are just as easy to use (if not easier), just as visible against your work, and MUCH more durable.

These are nice. I like not having to hook and unhook each time. Faster than the clip on ones. Very good quality. I like that they are metal and not plastic, my plastic ones break. Great value and very durable. Perfect size and vibrant colors so easy to find. Thick, not bendable. I choose these over the others.

I bought these because I needed extra stitch markers, but wanted a design that was easier to use. Well, not just easier but less time consuming. I use these to mark spots in my crochet work so I know where to make a specific stitch. The clip markers I was using would either get caught on yarn fibers or become difficult to remove once I'm done (unclipping is a pain at times). With spiral stitch markers, all I have to do is slip them on and go about my work. When done, they slip off without snagging. As an added bonus, they stay put while I work and don't mysterious disappear. Will buy again.

These stitch markers are very sturdy and they stay in place. I used to use the ones that look like safety pins which were annoying so I bought these instead. Bright colors and the perfect size and $5 for a bag of them is a great price.

I purchased these to replace my “paperclip†stitch markers.. these are much better to use and easier to use. They slide in the stitch very easily and you don’t have the hassle of trying to slip it closed to stay in place. highly recommend
