My bench dips were getting a little too easy, and trying to balance a weight on my lap was proving to be really difficult. After some research, I found out about these belts and ordered this one. I have been using it for a while now with up to 30lbs of weight attached to it, and it works great. The belt seems to be really well built and does not dig in anywhere on my waist or lap.

This belt is awesome! Makes doing squats way easier and I can add heavier weight now. It’s also great for the hip thrusting exercises. I definitely recommend this!

Definitely a good option for home workouts with limited space. For me, it worked best for hip thrusts. However, shoulder placement and some cariations on squat use were uncomfortable. The strength of the straps are really good. It held a thirty five pound kettlebell on each side. Very easy to use. Love how durable this feels too.

The material feels strong and durable, ensuring it will last through many intense sessions. The design is comfortable and fits securely around my hips without sliding, making it easy to focus on my form. I’ve used it with dumbbells, kettlebells, and plates, and it performs flawlessly every time. Really wanted to have this in case I needed to work out from home. Being that I normally use a hip thrust machine and don’t have a lot of gym equipment at home. This was a great addition to hold my dumbbells.

Been trying out bands to use with my dumbbells. I havent had a lot of experience with the heavier sets since im a newbie to heavier lower body workouts. But the band feels sturdy so far even after a wash and trying consistent sets and reps with this. I don't fear it will tear even with heavier dumbbells if needed. I'm not sure how it will do with the powerblocks but i do have a set of adjustable dumbbells that go to 55lbs each. I would just watch out with swaying motions. But i really like these for simply hip thrusts and have gotten me the workout I've been needing. The material is comfortable enough with sufficient cushion so it doesn't feel like all the pressure is going to one part of your waist. You can add a padded rag or towel if you need the extra comfortability. But since I don't go super heavy on these I haven't needed to do so. Simple and effective workout equipment if you're trying to keep your home gym minimalist and efficient.

I workout at home and have been placing dumbbells on my hips for glute bridges and hip thrusts. Manually holding weights on my hips is uncomfortable and limits me to 20#, which is my heaviest weight. With this belt it’s comfortable and easy to use both of my 20’s and get a tons better workout.I also love the fact that I can put two lighter dumbbells on the belt to increase the effectiveness of my single leg bridges.I had hoped to use the belt for lunges and squats, but for me, the belt is too wide and hits my neck and shoulders in an awkward way that is very uncomfortable. Maybe it would be more comfortable if the belt was made of a less rigid material. Being able to use the belt for standing legwork would have been a great bonus.I haven’t tried it yet for seated tricep dips, but am thinking using the belt with weights over my thighs during dips will make this exercise a lot more challenging. The belt is really heavy-duty and well built, and seems like it will last many, many years. The belt came in a small bag for carrying and storage. There is a lot of room for improvement in the design of this bag. It feels lightweight and cheap. The front of the bag is clear plastic and there is a flimsy zipper at the top. The zipper is completely useless for me since in order for the zipper to close, you have to put all the items inside in a very specific order and fold the belt into fourths, which for me is not easy or convenient. Consequently the bag is always unzipped and everything falls out quite easily.
