La pieza es de muy buen material, pero al usarlo, los foam que tiene para comodidad limitan el tamaño que puedes darle y esto hace que no esté bien ajustado y se mueva, el material al ser duro raspa tu rostro y se siente incómodo, si tienes una cabeza grande entonces para ti es ideal, de lo contrario, no lo recomiendo.

I’ve been using this for my neck extensions and it’s done a great job. I can load a good amount of small plates and it’s stable. The chin strap is not as soft as you’d want so it ended up really pressing into my neck. Overall I’d say it’s in the middle of comfort. The setup is very simple and fast to do after you get used to it. The one thing I would’ve wanted to see was a ring on the forehead but the rings can do the same job pretty well.

It just doesn't work like it you'd expect. The way it pulls off your head is uncomfortable so you'll have to have it on extra tight for it to work as intended, and then it'll be uncomfortably tight.

I use this to stretch my neck and relieve tension in my shoulders. This is the opposite of what it was designed for, and I don't know if its recommended to use it this way, but I have issues with tension in my shoulders and neck and sometimes the only way to relieve it is with some kind of traction. This allows me to support and stretch my head upwards which feels great if you can balance the amount of weight. It is a little awkward because it is designed to lift weight from below, but the d-rings swing around upward as well.
