Kept the cost down on this repair. It still doesn’t feel like the original, but it works it seals. It keeps the dirt out it works. It’s very squeaky not a big deal. There’s just a little bit of quality. I’m missing when I mess with it.when I’m using these caps,tool these work they’re just not on the same level of quality as original. I would buy it again, but not on my top chainsaws I had to replace the O-ring on the oil cap. The one that was installed was not made for fuel and oil it did work. It’s still on one of the songs I try to buy original when I can. I used it on a 361 sthil.

Due to variations in molding. Lock caps will fit snug. Always allow lubricate to be applied to orings and check for uneven surfaces and or burs. The dozen or so I have used worked good no leaks. Occasionally a small sanding and or trimming makes a more comfortable fit.

When cap is put on it leaks fuel, does not fit correctly

These caps screw on tighter than the original Stihl caps. They also have a longer attachment line which allows the cap to moved more out of the way when filling that tank.
