I loved the ease of this product and how affordable. This really adds some tweak to my bass.

The holes didn't line up with the stock tuning peg. I was able to use 2 of the existing holes so I only needed to drill 2 more. This did cause it to be a little lopsided compared to the other pegs, but I didn't want to wait for hope filler to dry, etc. I was also impatient and bought the black one instead of waiting for the chrome/silver one to come back in stock. 😄There's a bit of tuning and retuning that needs to happen between your main tuning and the drop tuning (E and D, in my case), but once that is done, you can reliably flip the lever and bounce between the tunings.It works great!
