We cut around 80 linear feet of 29 ga Quadraloc sheet metal panel before these bits are toast. We go through about 4 of these bits per year. We occasionally have to cut 26 ga R Panel metal and these bits only last for about 20 linear feet of cutting on the 26 ga. It seems like these should wear longer, but with everything being made in China these days I guess it's no surprise it's not a stellar performer. I keep buying them because I don't know of anything better...and they do work good...for a while :)

Nice and sharp. I was able to nibble metal a lot faster. I would recommend having a few extra on hand. I built a 65X87 foot pole barn with just one punch. After I finished the barn it was defiantly ready for a new one.
