I bought this to use on a receiver Hitch rack for our eBikes. That thing bounced around like a rubber ball going down the road, after I bought this and installed it the bounce stopped. Very easy to install, locks the receiver down right. Very functional, A Great Value for the money, actually one of the Best I've had so far. Solidly built.

As long as you can remember which way the plate is located and which nuts go on first you'll be fine with this product. I wrote everything on the box because I don't tow very often and I'm sure I'll forget between uses. It was easy to install and the supplied wrench is an added benefit in that you don't have to go looking for the correct size wrench from your own tools.Recommended.
