I'm a contractor and use this to locate plumping drain lines under concrete slab homes. Very easy to use and built well. The camera works great and provides clear imaging, especially with the ability to control the LED light brightness. Only time will tell how this product holds up to use of the years. I definitely am not using this product every day or even every month, therefore I can't speak to its integrity of consistent day to day use. I will say based off my experiences I am very happy with the product overall.

The camera provides a clear image and is user-friendly. It is compact and easy to transport between locations. It has many features. The camera head guides work very well.

While the camera takes good video with a mic that you can narration as you are scoping a pipe which is good. Takes good pics also. I think overall a good product for the price. The only negative thing I can add is it doesn't explain how to download the info, still trying to figure that out.

I do property inspections in and found myself in a jam for a job. Client wanted a sewer score done on a commercial property. Couldn't seem to find anyone reliable and couldn't find a scope to rent anyplace. Decided I was likely going to need to buy a scope and do it myself. Researched for about a week and compared cameras, features, brands, etc. Decided on this camera and I've not been disappointed.Overall the camera was pretty straightforward. But the images were very sharp. I've seen video from other leading brands of scopes and the images from this camera actually look clearer and sharper than those. It's a nice, compact case and has plenty of features. The only drawback I've found is bringing the camera back. The reel mechanism is a bit cumbersome trying to get the scope out and be accurate. The line tends to reel back out and unwind on its own. The problem is that distance is not measured unless the reel spins. So having the cable stretched out on the ground behind me because it doesn't stay on the reel and not measuring distance as I withdraw is challenging. Two people could do it with no problem but doing these by myself takes a little extra time. Maybe if there was a ratchet-type mechanism on the reel to prevent it from free spinning backward under tension it would be easier. But that's really been the only challenge I've had. I did run into something with my camera where it wasn't Self-Leveling completely. The seller was extremely supportive and helpful. Ultimately after some troubleshooting they sent me another camera for no extra charge. So I've been very happy overall with this. A hell of a camera for the price they're asking.

2nd use and its fried. Was 60’ in the drain and got blue screen and says no signal. Head must be broken. Lights are on the head so reel has power. Garbage. Same or less quality than the $500 cameras.

Crystal clear picture with the ability to take snaps and video. The drain pictured above is a inch and a half line overall great investment
