This pillow doesn't stay inflated. It inflates but will slowly lose air. At first, it wasn't too bad but it just kept getting worse and I had to return it.

I did not get this pillow for post BBL surgery, I got it to help with my chronic hip pain due to a connective tissue disorder, so I can't speak to it's post surgery effectiveness.For my needs, this pillow is a bit big, but I could see it being effective in the right scenarios.It's definitely well made. My cat stepped on it fully clawed and didn't puncture it. It comes with a bag to help blow it up, and the air stays in well once it's inflated. The outside is relatively soft and it's pretty comfortable.I'm not sure how it's meant to be used post surgery, but it's objectively well made and functional.

The pillow doesn’t hold air well for long periods, requiring frequent reinflation, which is frustrating when trying to rest. Also, the hole isn’t deep enough, making it uncomfortable to sit or lay on for extended periods. It feels more like a temporary fix rather than a true recovery aid.

I got this pillow to lay on at night on my side because of hip/sciatic pain. It provides good cushioning and was very easy and an interesting way to inflate it. It folds up for easy storage or traveling.

Apenas me llegó ayer 3 de febrero y ya hoy está fallando se desinfla en menos de 3 horas. Por mi cirugÃa lo necesitaba para permanecer sentada o acostada y a cada momento mi esposo tiene que estar inflándolo 😖

You blow it up and it’s constantly deflating. I wish I could return, but because I’m in bed rest I have to eat the cost. Search for something better or make gravity chair

I fell and hurt my tailbone. This inflatable cushion takes pressure off sore spot.
