We are in a “dead†zone and this works great! Easy step up also The signal boost is good considering where we are.

My internet service was horrible prior to this purchase. Easy to install and worked wonders. I highly recommend this product.

I was able to get a better signal without the antenna. I tried everything I could think of to get a signal out of it, even following several YT videos on the subject. I just never worked for us.

Have extensive usage of cell boosters under my belt from working in the logging industry. This booster is decent, however it is "older" technology and very much outdated as it is just a dual band booster.Set this booster up at my hunting camp in northern Ontario (middle of the bush between Sudbury and Timmins). I was able to pick up signal from a tower about 30Km away with the exterior antenna mounted roughly 25 feet in the air.Get a where from 2-3 bars of service and can now make phone calls. Phones switch between 3g and LTE but have basically no data available to access internet. I believe the reason for this is because it is only a dual band booster as opposed to the new standard which is 5 band boosters. For example the bell tower I am pointing broadcasts frequency 700 and 850 (bands 12 and 5 respectively). This booster works on band 4 and 5 which means it only picks up the 850mhz frequency and does not pick up the 700 frequency which is the common 4g/LTE band (12,13,17 are all the lower 700MHz bands)So to conclude if you are closer than 30km to a tower without lots of obstructions (big hills, trees) than this booster will for sure be good to make phone calls. As for boosting the cellular data it will have hard time picking it up unless you are closer the tower. All in all for the price this a decent booster, but if you want to have really good service and data deep in the bush you will have to buy a booster in the $500+ range such as "WeBoost brand". I have several "WeBoost" boosters and models in pickups, log trucks, equipment, and camps, and they work exceptionally well compared to this booster but that comes at a much bigger cost.

We installed this booster in our basement, installation was easy in our case but we had existing conduit run. The included antenna works great and the included cable was long enough to run from our basement to the roof of our house. We noticed an immediate increase in reception, getting a single bar in our basement with an iPhone 13 Pro Max to all 4 bars and fantastic performance. If you’re willing to put in the work this is an excellent upgrade!

Do your research and understand where your cell tower is. Take the time to install it properly and securely. If you follow the directions, do your research, this is GREAT for rural areas that lack connections. Keep in mind, this wont create cellphone signals - it'll boost from your closest tower. You'll need to have at least 1 bar in order for you to notice a different. Went from barely able to send texts, to streaming youtube on 4G

This is the P20 models, the documentation included is somewhat confusing. I managed to set everything right and took me a while to set the signal advisor. Would also suggest to use a portable inverter so you can move around and get the best signals.

Living in a rural area often meant struggling with weak cell signals, which became frustrating during important calls or video chats. After installing the cell phone booster, I immediately noticed a difference. The setup was straightforward, with the main unit and outdoor antenna easily mounted on the roof. I connected the indoor antenna and ran the cables through the window entry, and just like that, I was ready to go.Once activated, the booster significantly expanded my signal coverage, reaching up to 4,500 square feet. Whether I was in the kitchen or the home office, my 5G, 4G LTE, and even 3G signals surged to life. Video calls became seamless, and I could finally stream shows without interruptions. The compatibility with all major Canadian carriers like Bell, Rogers, and Telus was a huge relief, ensuring that everyone in my household enjoyed improved connectivity. This simple device transformed my home into a reliable communication hub, making both work and leisure activities infinitely more enjoyable. Now, I can stay connected with ease, no matter where I am in the house.
