This bonsai kit is superior to others. From the moment you open the box you will notice how much effort was put in to help with a successful outcome of growth. Everything is neatly packaged and it is all so attractive. All the included pieces are labeled making it that much easier to navigate. I found the bonsai grow guide to be SO useful in getting me started. I am currently in the growth process and waiting on more growth. I highly recommend.

BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this HOME GROWN-Bonsai Tree Kit.2. The current price of ~$34 is reasonable.LIKES:- Good introductory kit. IF I decide I enjoy this process over time, I will certainly study and upgrade to better.- Complete kit. Includes everything needed to get started.- Quality is decent. Containers are okay, but nothing special.DISLIKES:- Many of the species will only grow in certain parts of the country.

Only one of my seeds germinated and then it died. I have quite a green thumb and I have not been able to grow any of these seeds.
