This has solved my plumbing problem and was much cheaper than tearing apart my basement ceiling and replumbing the place. I do use the tablets that are recommended but I did not use them for the first month and still found it to have fixed the problem. I just like the idea of not having to clean it out as often.

THIS ITEM DOESNT HAVE A CERTIFICATION OF THE AMERICAN STANDART FOR COMMERICAL EQUIPMENT AND ITS A VIOLATION TO BE INSTALLED IN A COMMERCIAL PLACE. ASLO THE THREAD IS METRIC AND YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS FRINDING THE PLUMBING ADAPTER FROM MERIC TO SAE.

Unit looks solid but we haven’t installed it as it does not come with the pipe connections so we haven’t installed to buy those separately
