I am so happy I bought this chair. It's was delivered in 3 days. Fairly, light weight. Instructions were super easy to follow. Had all the parts, labeled and extras provided. It is so comfortable. The foot rest is a game changer. I love to be seated with my legs out in front. The extra wide seat, allows me to sit cross-legged as well. The heating feature is my favorite, it covers the full lower back. Massage is great, as there are so many options!!! I highly recommend this chair. Amazing quality!

This chair is very comfortable and was surprisingly easy to assemble. The cushioning is supportive, and the massage function adds a nice touch for long work sessions. The reclining feature and retractable footrest make it even more relaxing. However, the wheels don’t roll as smoothly as I’d like, which can be frustrating when trying to move around. Overall, a solid chair for the price, but I might consider replacing the wheels for better mobility.

This is a mostly comfortable and quality office chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. While their online video helped I think the model that they used had some minor variation. That being said I would give it 4 - 5 stars if a cable wasn't poking me in the back. There is a cable or cord (most likely for the built-in massager) that can feel near the surface of the bottom part of the back. I'm debating on returning it for another or see if it stop bothering me. Other than that, I found the quality good and I'm 75% happy.

Very comfy. Heat, recliner, arm rest great. Massages are ok, lots of settings more like varied vibrations. Foot rest ok. Great price for less than $200.

I have waited for a few months before ordering this chair. I finally pulled the trigger and did it. The chair came in we got it all put together, and well I am 5'5 about 120 lbs. and well it does not lower down far enough for me. I look like a little kid with my legs dangling so I had to get a small foot stool to rest my feet on. Now I have used the chair for about a week and the heat and massager stopped working all together like there is absolutely no power to it. I am waiting on a response from the company now, but I will be returning it. Overall, the chair is great and is super comfortable and I love the footrest. Let's just hope they stand behind their product.

Great chair and great customer service! I lost two of the screws and I reached out to the seller for a replacement. They responded quickly and resolved my issue.I really like the chair; it's an upgrade from my pandemic gaming chair. The heat is the best feature and I like that I can recline to take a break. It would've been nice if there was a pocket to hold the remote. I velcro'd it to the side arm when it's not in use. The chair is nice and wide and the arm rests are height adjustable. Standard office chair installation; no extra screws. I did like that they gave you a tool that made assembly quicker vs the allen wrench that is usually sent. I would prefer a little more cushion on the seat, but that's nothing I pillow can't fix. Overall, great chair. I hope it holds up for a few years.
