Product was delivered in 2 days with free shipping. It was exactly what I was looking for. However, I had an additional problem with the powerpack on the aircleaner. A furnace repair company checked it out and to replace it would require disassembling my furnace. They recommended switching to conventional air filters rather than the electronic. I was able to get a complete refund less the original cost of shipping within two days. Exceptional customer service.
