I used this to connect my dryer to the wall hookup for the vent. Works great, doesn’t get clogged up. No excess wasted hose

My dryer duct booster which I mounted on my basement ceiling was vibrating the main floor quite a bit. The booster itself is well sound isolated, but I found the ductwork on either side of it to be the culprits transmitting the vibration.I bought two of these rubber fittings to connect to either side of the booster to help with the vibration. They did not help.They are well made but the rubber is pretty rigid, which unfortunately seems to transmit vibration as much as metal ductwork would.

Bought this for a special project. Dust to dawn light was bothering neighbors, because light was shining in their windows. Got the rubber coupling and slid it on light and it blocked light from going horizontal and the light only went vertical down to light the doorway, which is all I wanted. They are now happy neighbors!

Used this for my custom camper mini duct AC system. It connects two duct pipes together but also helps absorb road vibration. Easy to clamp and unclamp for when I need to work on pipes or fans in the future.
