The first thing I noticed as I took it out of the packaging was it was bent. The handle and the file did not line up. When I tried to use it, it would not cut. It was like the teeth were rounded over. I’ll just have to pay a little more and buy German or American.

Works very well for maintaining hoofs between farrier visits. Specifically good for grinding down sharp pieces of foot if your horse is prone to breakage. However, the teeth are quite small so it takes a but longer than a traditional rasp. So if light maintenance is all you need, it’s perfect!

I don’t know if this is a great tool or not because it was difficult to use. Probably user error…?

Took out of the package when the rasp arrived and it already has rust areas.
