Some people said the screws don’t line up with the holes or that the holes are missing altogether but the screws are lock screws, meant to grip the pole tightly; they’re not meant to go through the holes.The pieces were wrapped but still had 3 minor (1/4 inch long) scratches through the paint so I spot-treated with leftover black spray paint.Tip: I found the black foam tube difficult to slide into place so I cut it vertically, put it in place, duct taped the cut closed, then put the long neoprene sleeve over it.

First of all, this is very heavy... Easy to put together... Pictured with complete "rubber grip" around the curve. Shipment came with only a 10" of "rubber grip". Having the hardest time putting it on...
