We have one handrail in our pool but due to an arm injury it wasn't enough help to get out of the pool. The second handrail was just the support needed.

I purchased this railing along with brass in ground anchors thinking it will all fit, only to find out that the railing is 1.6 inches in size and the brass anchors are standard 1.9 inch diameter which is the standard size for pool railing and now I have 2 wholes in my pavers that are sized 13 inches and wont fit any other railing, so how am I spouse to anchor this softly and properly?

The product was just OK. There were no instructions or even a simple template. Once you do it you learn, but by then it's taken lots of time and energy.Simple easy to understand directions and a mounting template would have been a big help and should have been included - but in understandable English.Having used handholds like this before I was also expecting a more solid and sturdier product.Overall, just barely OK

This product comes without instructions, any diagram, helpful hints or even a parts list. It should have been easier to install but the enclosed expansion anchors do not anchor themselves in paver stones without a fight. Now that it is in, it is in permanently and is very sturdy. There was one tiny ding in shipping but it is not a big deal. Overall I am happy with my purchase and it will make getting in and out of our pool much safer. If I ever needed another one then I would buy this same product again; but maybe buy 6 old fashion lead expansion anchors. They are simpler to work with and can be drilled out if the need ever arose. One after thought; the hex nuts are 1/2 inch and drill bit is 3/8 inch - not metric which helps some in the installation.

After nine months installed the handrail is in really bad condition. Isn't it supposed to be made of stainless steel?

Super easy to install and sturdy. I would highly recommend this product. Value for the money.
