We got this for my son's 7th birthday and it is a hit! He quickly got the hang of it, and he loves the lights and the Bluetooth capabilities. He feels so cool riding around inside or outside.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! We could not use this item even for ONCE! It did not work at all!!!And when I’ve tried to return it, the seller is not accepting returns, the only option is to troubleshoot it, which in our case, did not help! So now I am left with this broken item and with no money back!

We purchased 2, one for our son and one for our daughter (4 and 7) and within 7 days our sons was snapped in the middle. He weighs about 60 LBS and had only used it on our wooden floors, I am assuming it was some kind of defect because it seems to be a solid hover board, but there’s no reason a 60 pound child should have been able to snap the middle. Thankfully, It was less than 30 days old, so I was able to return it without an issue that I did not put the protection plan on it. I ordered the Hover-1 Titan following the return of this model and will do a review after he uses it. I will say I didn’t have any issues with the return, it was seamless and the funds were available on my account after it was dropped off at UPS which really helped and was the reason I decided to purchase another Hover-1 model. I do recommend purchasing this brand & model, it is built well and very solid which is again why I believe we received a defective unit. I hope this review helps :)

My son wanted a Hover Board for Christmas so he got one. He took it out of the box, charged it and when he stepped on it, it cracked in front as shown in the picture. My son is 70lb and way under the weight limit. I'm hoping Hover will get back to me in a timely manner if not then I'll just do a return from Amazon. I am giving it 3 stars still because of how cool it is when it plays music and when it lights up and how you can track where your kids are at. Just a downer my son hasn't got to play with it fully because I don't want him to damage the product more.

These hoverboards are really good. My girls love them and the lighting and Bluetooth speaker works really well. The only issue is the material it is made with. The plastic cracks very easily. The battery life is good. It does not tend to vibrate unless it needs to be calibrated and I think I is a great value for the money we paid.

Bought one for my grandson. It would turn on but would turn off immediately. I sent it back and the replaced it right away. The new one wouldn't even turn on at all. Such a rip off!! Had to send them both back. Hoping they will refund my money but it takes forever.
