Solution:
1, reset hoverboard to Product factory status(please see the card in package about how to reset).
2, contact seller to request new charger.(within warranty time)
3, contact seller to exchange new one. (within warranty time)
4, use different smartphone to test, find pair and connect Bluetooth.
5, make sure adjust sound volume, not 0.
6, if receive damage. contact seller and provide broken picture to exchange(within warranty time)

Has quit working already. Bought in June for a July birthday for my great grandson. His prized possession. Always kept I house when not using. Is there anything I can do??

I bought two for Christmas one for my eight year-old grandson and one for my six year old granddaughter. They were easy to use and they were rolling around on them in no time.

Work fine for a few months but of course stopped working shortly after the return/exchage window ended. A complete waste of money and this was my daughter's favorite birthday gift
