Would not take a charge and wouldn’t turn on. Read all instructions and sought help online. Terrible customer service. Can’t talk to anyone. Have to submit an online ticket but they don’t call back. A very common problem found out on line. I guess they are a blast when they work, wouldn’t know. Thankful for Amazon’s trouble free returns.

Took forever to charge, just kidding, took usual amount of time for these, I was just impatient because I was really excited to try it out. Works great, I had a blast riding it all over the house. Only negative is there's barely any space between fenders and wheels so if i place my feet to close to the fenders it rubs sometimes, i weigh 105 so for heavier people it might become a bigger issue over time. Plus side to the blue one, has a battery indicator on top, black one just has a light that's either green or red. Both are awesome, lots of fun!

Fun little hoverboard. It’s fun to ride around and you get the hang of it really quickly. If you’re going to ride it outside make sure that it’s sunny dry and the ground is smooth because the wheels aren’t made for outside with this one. It holds a good charge and charges fast. It does have a weight limit.
