Very beautiful clock with excellent craftsmanship. Assembly was quick and simple. Instructions are easy to follow. It takes about 15 mins for 2 people to get it going. The chime and hour gong sound really nice and wows everyone. However one of the side glass panels was broken on arrival and the other one has a few deep scratches. They are easily replaceable but it’s an inconvenience. Packing could have been better. I can’t comment on accuracy yet. I have submitted a ticket and hopefully the Howard Miller support team will send us replacements soon.Update:Howard Miller customer service is great. They sent me the replacement side panels which arrived after 2 weeks. Unfortunately they both are broken at the corners. :(The clock is working great and is quite accurate. After a few days adjusting the pendulum nut, it’s now off by 3-5 seconds a day, which is good enough for me.
