I am giving this product a 5-star review because of Howard Miller support. The clock arrived from Amazon Warehouse in what appeared to be the original box and in great shape. However, it was missing an important component. Howard Miller was exceptional in their support of this product and shipped the missing item. The clock was easy to setup and is now running. The chimes sound beautiful. The clock looks amazing.

I’m disappointed that there is no sound control for chimes. It’s so quiet I can barely hear it. The clock is pretty and keeps time but not real happy with it.
