I recently got this laser measurement tool, and I am thoroughly impressed. It took me a short while to get used to the features, but once I did, it became incredibly easy to use. The battery life is exceptional; even after a couple of weeks of frequent use, it still holds a charge well.The accuracy of the measurements is spot on, which is critical for my woodworking projects. The additional features like measuring Distance, Area, Volume, and Pythagorean Height add a lot of value. I liked almost everything about this, the only mistake I noticed was in the MIN/MAX mode. It shows a third value labelled "AVG", which is actually just the current distance, not the average distance of the min and max values. That's a bit confusing. Everything else is great.

I had high hopes for this item and it still may redeem itself after a resolution with the manufacturer whom I am reaching out to next. I purchased the main unit and the scale roller and bilateral laser modules. The were inaccurate so I returned and replaced them. I received the new units and the measurements were correct, but the Meazor app tells you the firmware needs to be updated. After doing the update, the measurements are wrong again and pressing the measure button on the main unit sometimes takes a few presses to activate the measurement. These are the same problems the first unit had but I didn't know it was the firmware the first time around because I updated the unit the moment I took it out of the box. For the replacement unit, I was smart enough to measure before updating the firmware. Once I saw it worked fine, I updated the firmware and then all went downhill. The manufacturer needs to fix the firmware or there also needs to be a way to revert the firmware so I can use this thing. Otherwise, back it goes again. I'll try another replacement but DON'T update the firmware until someone can indicate it works properly!!

It has a bunch of useful features. Really precise measurements. Good size and I love that it’s magnetic. I doesn’t seem like it’s up to life on a jobsite, but so far it’s held up well. Although I don’t use it all the time at work because I am worried about damaging it. Other wise it’s easy and accurate

He tenido problemas cada vez q voy a medir tengo q asegurarme con una cinta métrica porque sino tengo q calibrar casi 6 mm de error y es mucho si trabajas en fabricación de mobiliario custom, hay algún tipo de configuración permanente? Gracias

I bought this to use instead of tape measures, which can be awkward over longer distances when working alone (folding on themselves etc). I find the basic functions (distance measurement, volume and area calculations etc) to be excellent. Quick and very accurate. I have dropped it a couple of times and it hasn’t fallen apart, it seems quite robust. Overall, I do consider it very good value for money and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Ich bin total überrascht von diesem kleinen kompakten Gerät.Mein bisheriger Laser - Entfernungsmesser hat nach einigen Jahren den Geist aufgegeben und war auch mindestens 3x so groß und schwer.Dieser winzig kleine Laser verfügt nicht nur über einen sehr kräftigen und gut sichtbaren grünen Strahl, nein er misst auch sehr schnell und präzise.Der Touch Screen ist sehr hell und gut ablesbar und reagiert sehr gut auf die Berührung. Ob das im rauen Baustelleneinsatz so bleibt wird sich zeigen. Man muss halt etwas vorsichtig damit umgehen.Über den Touch Screen kann man die verschiedenen Maßeinheiten oder Messmethoden schnell aufrufen und ändern. Das ist alles selbsterklärend und Bedarf nicht unbedingt der beigefügten Bedienungsanleitung.Der absolute Clou: die integrierte Wasserwage! Das Teil ist genial und ziemlich genau. Vergleichsmessungen mit einer 60cm Wasserwage haben mich absolut überzeugt. Eine gute lange Wasserwage kann der Cube aber nicht ersetzen, für schnelles überprüfen mehr als geeignet.Neben den gängigen Messungen wie Entfernung, Fläche, Rauminhalt ist auch Pythagoras Messung möglich. Wenn man also mal die Höhe eines Baumes, Mauer oder Turm messen muss, warum nicht....Der Cube kann auch mit einer App verbunden werden. Das habe ich noch nicht getestet...benötige das aber auch nicht, da ich das Teil nur im privaten Bereich bei kleineren Projekten in Haus, Garten und Werkstatt einsetze.Mich hat dieser "Laser Cube" absolut überzeugt. Er ist so schön kompakt und passt damit in jede Handwerkertasche und so mancher Architekt kann den sicherlich auch gebrauchen und in seinem Anzug verschwinden lassen.

Great little device, build quality is noticeably better than competitors. Good bright screen and laser, and very intuitive navigation.Accuracy is absolutely spot on, better than a tape even, especially on longer distances and much much quicker and easier.The app is fantastic, it's extremely handy being able to transfer the data seamlessly to a phone and map out a floor plans in real-time is a game changer and really elevates this above over similar devices.

Very bright laser, accurate/repeatable measurements and a very bright easy to read screen.Style over function:The outer case is very smooth and slippery, the touch screen is sometimes awkward and laggy and doesn’t fair well with dirty or wet hands.With no silicone/rubber end pieces, the all plastic case doesn’t feel like it would hold up well to drop impacts.No case is included, not even a simple slip case.Functions:The inbuilt functionality is very good, in addition to the standard single point measurements there is area, volume, indirect height, double indirect height, indirect length and angle finder measurements all built-in. There is also an electronic ‘spirit’ level and the base is magnetic.The App:Unfortunately the Meazor iOS app does not have a privacy policy available. When the app store ‘privacy policy’ link is clicked on, it leads to a “ page not available†error. I’m not prepared to install an unknown app when it’s unclear what they’re going to do with my personal data.Without the app there’s limited ability to recall last measurements and with the touch screen I found it all too easy to inadvertently exit some of the advanced measurement pages and loose my measurements.Overall:It’s a very capable and accurate laser measure that seems mostly suited to clean surveying work rather than building/engineering. I would have much preferred a textured finish to the unit or some silicone grip inserts.Just about scrapes 4 stars…
