I bought this computer for my wife. Compared to my computer, has twice the RAM, same number of cores in the processor, same hard drive space, same screen size. Mine I had custom built by HP in 2020. This computer cost ½ what my custom built one cost. This computer is a great buy for cost, quality, functionality, capacity, speed, processor, RAM, hard drive. I highly recommend this computer.Turning of Windows 11 S-Mode is even easier now than mentioned above. You first have to go through setup when you turn the computer on. But once you are out of setup, go to the search box and type "activation", that will take you to the system setting for activation. There is a button for S-Mode. It asks you to go the Microsoft store. Another window opens with the "Get" button. Once you click Get, it permanently turns off S-Mode.

It keeps crashing when waking from sleep mode. I contacted windows, and they said it was a hardware issue, do i contacted HP.This seller changed the RAM to 32mb, but the bus is only designed for a maximum of 8mb. It crashes every time it wakes from sleep mode, because it's way over powered by 400% of what the BUS can handle. HP said the mods voided the one year warranty. Seller has no resolution, but said to return it for a partial refund after 1 week of ownership and not being able to use it at all. Save yourself the time, hassle, and wasting 33% of your money just to return the item unusable. Don't buy it.

The battery life lasts long enough at this cost.I love my laptop very much.It’s an easy set up, has good volume, performance is smooth. The size is big enough for us watching the movies. Better than expected.

Works smooth as expected, I love the screen as it looks so warm to eyes , clarity , pixels, brightness, everything is perfect, battery also runs for sufficient period.
