Ordered the HP CE249A and it stopped working 4 months later. The printer it was installed in is a low use printer averaging only 800 pages a month. It is past the sellers 90 day warranty period so there will be no credit or exchange. I will shop else where for the next one.

Ordered this fuser kit for our HP CP4025 printer; didn't install until after the return date. IT IS AN INCOMPATIBLE UNIT!! So I can't return it, HP won't accept it because it isn't defective so I have an expensive part I can't use!!! Lesson learned - don't trust Amazon for purchasing HP parts!!!

Description does not say, but this product is refurbished. I'm not opposed to refurbished items if I know the product is. Returning ASAP.
