First, I'm a vine member. For those that don't know what means I review products all the time for Amazon and this has to be one of the WORST products ever that I bought. I purchase everything thru Amazon since I live in a rural area and love Amazon and their customer service.This printer has to be one of the most horrific products that HP has made or has. I got this printer to duplicate art my BF does and not only does it eat paper or canvas continually, it goes into error mode no matter what you do and every time it does, which is frequently or truly all the time you need to either figure out what the code means or call HP for assistance and wait on hold to talk with someone.For over $2,000 dollars you would think HP would have not put out such a crappy product and I'm being nice using the crappy word instead of what it really is worth.... nothing... Also, if it's not completely level or on tile or such, it doesn't print straight... again, not worth a dime for what I paid for it...My HP 4650 is worth more then this POS and yep I went there with POS.... good luck if you decide to purchase one.

This is a great printer. I am an event planner and I needed something to print my large images. Only this is it ran out of ink I. The middle of my second print. So the ink runs out fast

I got this to replace my Designjet T650 I’ve had since 2008.The good: easy setup. Great construction drawing prints. Smaller footprint than old plotter, easy paper roll loading and ink loading. Works with my windows 11 computer.The not as good- only handles 150’ rolls, not 300’ rolls like old plotter. Old plotter took 130 ml ink cartridges, this one uses small cartridges like an 8-1/2x11 printer! Color inks are only 39 ml!Summary- would work best for small office that does a light to medium amount of printing. If you’re printing all day I’d spend more for the T830 and get the 300’ rolls and large ink capacity.Again. - no complaints on function - prints are sharp.

HP uses their own print app so the windows app shows its print app, then HP brings up the same file in its print app and all of windows settings need to be re-entered in HP's app. In the HP print app, I tell the plotter to use D size paper using the Roll. The plotter then proceeds to tell me the wrong paper is loaded and is asking for Tabloid from the sheet feeder. The Printer setup is only showing rolled paper loaded and that was the paper requested through the HP print app.Other times, the HP print app reports the plotter is offline, but when I force a print, the plotter reacts and prints. If I try to use the troubleshooter, it tells me no paper is loaded and I have to load the sheet feeder even though the roll paper is properly loaded.In short, their HP print app software does not work reliably. I usually have to try and print a file 2-3times before it retains the correct print settings that were set from the HP print app.Tech support is non-existent for weekends. Also, there is no option to email tech support with an issue.I'm wishing I could return this clunky plotter which is sad because I used to love their plotters.

Todo esta perfecto en impresión pero cuando tus cartuchos de tinta hp te mandan el mensaje que remplazo o te marca como que no tiene pero tiene todabia es que la fecha de caducidad de la tinta ya caduco y aunque no te hayas terminado la tinta debes reemplazarlos por nuevos con nueva fecha de caducidad ,haci qué no compres cartuchos hasta que los necesites ,y otra una vez que los instale nuevos después sale la leyenda remplazar cabezal por que también tiene caducidad ,osea que cambiaras cabezal cada que tenga vencimiento ,y de igual manera las tintas,hp pone en los chip esto para que lo cambies si no no te permite ya imprimir ..fue lo único que no me gustó pues yo compre tintas cuando las compre y tire 2 juegos de tintas por que ya habÃan caducado ...es todo por la impresión si es buena ..es para imprimir bastante pero a color por que si no te acabas el negro y los demás colores y si quieres comprarlos no los encuentras y hablas a hp y te dicen que no los tienen es horrible ahora me quede sin plotter seguiré buscando por que no acepta ni de otra marca cabezal y tintas ..

A menos de 6 meses de uso se descompuso y no ha sido posible obtener servicio ni del distribuidor ni de HP. Es penoso que un producto tan costoso tenga un respaldo tan pobre.
