This HP Elite Desktop Computer set is exactly what I was looking for. The price was right and the setup was easy. I have had it set up for about a month and so far it works perfectly. I did purchase the 2 year protection package just in case. The keyboard has cool light effects as well as the little speakers it comes with. The monitor works good, but I don't really care for the way the monitor stand is (it has more to do with the way it was produced. However, for the price, I was going for the best performance and memory and this set fits the bill. I will be upgrading my monitor, keyboard and speakers when I am able. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We liked that we were able to save money!! What we disliked!!! On August 9th we began having issues with the computer. Come to find out that the processing sytem is obsolete! We found this after calling HP for help. We were told this computer is 12 years old and the processor is not large enough to upload Windows 11. And we cannot update our drivers with our current Windows 10 We are unable to access most sites that we use. We are able to type in the URL address but we cannot open the site due to security. We have also contacted our WIFI company and everything is working just fine on their end. After making phone calls ets it tood time to get all of this straightened out. Plus we contacted Asurion and they cannot help us. We told them that now it's past the return date but they said being the computer is that outdated and obsolete plus our problems began on August 9th that we should be able to return it with a refund. We are both disabled and barely could afford this computer and then you took full advantage of us. Shame on you!!!We are requesting a return for the entire computer with a full refund. Thank you.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PURCHASE! THIS SYSTEM IS OUTDATED AND UNABLE TO INSTALL WINDOWS 11 ACCORDING TO TECH SUPPORT WITH H.P.

So far the computer has worked good. We have had some issues trying to download some things. I got this from my son to play fortnite and roblox,etc. I got a warranty on it just in case. Everything was in good condition when I got it. They did leave the power cord out. I called customer service and they give me a $10 refund so that I could get another one on my own and that works because they're significantly cheaper.

I bought this refurbished (which is fine) However, the keyboard stopped lighting up after a couple of weeks. It still works, which is very important.

I’ve had this less than a month and it has worked great. I’m happy I didn’t review it yet. I went to turn it on yesterday and it booted like normal but was really slow compared to normal. I decided to shut it down and restart it and it no longer reads an operating system. I used my laptop to try to figure out a fix with no luck.

Don’t waste your money. Can’t update. Can’t run any apps or websites. Broken screen. Won’t connect to WiFi. Spend the extra 100 to get a better cpu with the updated OS
