I have to say when I read some of the other reviews I was a bit skeptical about the Tri-fold feature. Though it is a bit light, it is visible and scored enough to make a crisp fold. I was more concerned about double feeds but it turned out not to be an issue with my HP Photosmart Inkjet C7280 that is 8 yeas old. Colors did not smudge even though I printed on both sides with the printer feature. In the past if I used a glossy paper (whatever was the best deal) I would have to print all my copies one-sided, take them from the printer as they printed so they would not smudge (which means I had to monitor the job) then turn the bundle over (figure out the orientation) and print the second side again pulling them out one at a time to prevent smudging. With this paper I printed one on both sides and folded it - no smudging and it folded fairly easily. Then I tried 5 and no issues, then I put 25 at a time and not one misprint or miss-feed. I guess there is some advantage in using HP Paper in a HP Printer. It actually saved me a lot of time... well gotta go my 25 copy batch is done...

I used this to make flyers to advertise my new business. The flyers looked professionally done due to the nice gloss and heavy feel of the paper. Plus the added bonus of the pre-creased fold lines made it SO easy to put together. I made copies at FedEx with this paper and had no problems with the copier - no clogging. It went smoothly. They looked so good, I made 150 more after buying another package. My two children (8 & 9 yrs old) were the ones who folded the flyers while I worked on another aspect, and they had no problems finding or folding along the crease.

I trusted the HP name when I ordered the tri-fold paper. It was not of the quality I expected... The print was not as clear as I had expected and it had nothing to do with my printer... it is a quality printer that has made clear crisp printing on other paper. The folds torn very easily with only one or two attempts to open them. And many time when trying to initially fold them... will not buy this again!!!

So much better than hand folding unscored paper! BUT if it is folded from one side, the page tears into three pieces when you try to fold it; HOWEVER, folded from the other side, it works perfectly. Be sure to test the way you put the paper in the printer with one copy and fold it and see what happens before running a large number.

The HP tri-fold paper stock is fantastic. The laser image is clear and colorful and the paper folds as if by magic. No more lining up to fold into thirds. Great price too...

I’m not satisfied with these pre-cut HP papers for brochures. The score lines aren’t properly creased but are instead cut with something sharp. When you try to fold them after printing, the paper behaves as if it has been sliced with a knife, causing the edges to lift and look ragged. This results in a poor appearance, especially if you’re attentive to details. Overall, it’s quite disappointing.

I agree with another reviewer who sais this paper breaks apart at the fold lines. I ran into the same problem.

Paper is nice weight and quality but the end result turns out streaky in my HP printer. Took my iPages template and sent it to Vistaprint!
