I bought this unit to replace my last 8-camera kit. Great upgrade. Easy to set up with plug-n-play, and then on NVR, mobile and PC. Perhaps because I was so used to the full spectrum of functions and control from my last system, I would like to see more functionality enabled (motion detection, max 8-camera playback, etc.). The picture quality is great. After switching to event recording from the 24/7 mode, I expect the hard drive capacity to last for months. Very good value for the money too. Customer support has been top notch and willing to go the extra mile.

love this unit. I love that i can use the app and zoom in or turn the camera to see better. i love that the camera track people, animals, it has sound Yet i haven't seemed to get the ability to talk to people using it yet.( I get horrible feedback when i try to) But I can hear and it does pick up audio when it sees something.. I often us the playback from my phone and i can record clips when i want to. the quality is the best out of all the ones i have tried. The night view is also great.overall a great unit. We will see how it holds up long term, i did have one camera go purple within the first 2 days and i replaced it, but after i let it sit a few days plugged back in and it seemed to be okay not sure what happened I think i had it mounted directly in the sun and it did something.

I was a bit leary because the cost was so low, but with black Friday savings I decided to give it a go. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the easy of setup of the equipment as well as the mobile and PC apps. The picture quality is what I would expect during daylight hours, but by FAR outshines my older Zmpdo setup. The choice between color and infrared night vision is fantastic. The PTZ functionality works as advertised on all humans detected. The apps work well and are layed out simply enough so that even someone who has never installed a system before can handle this one with ease.Overall, pleased beyond expectations and would recommend.

Hello people, I would like to relay my experience with a Hiseeu product. On Christmas day of 2024 my wife gave me a Hiseeu H5NVR-P16A bundle (POE NVR with 8 PTZ 4K/5MP cameras and 3T HDD) for a present. It was to replace an aged “OWL†system that was fading fast. About a week after Christmas, I unboxed it, set it up and tested it on the kitchen table. It worked perfectly and it was very well packaged, a tribute to the manufacture. Even though the manual that came with it was easy to read and very clear, I decided to use the informative and easy to understand “wizard†in setting it up. I changed the factory default password to mine, repackaged it and set it aside. It was cold and rainy out and not a good time to set it up outside. It was the end of February that I found warm enough days to start installing it. This was the first time I had had anything to do with POE and PTZ systems and can’t really compare it to others but the NVR and cameras impressed me with their quality of build. At the start of the installation is when the horror set in. I had forgotten my password. How am I going to get back in to the system? I went to the Hiseeu web site and used the chat option to get in touch with “Johnny†who worked for a total of about 4 hours to get me back in to no avail. He then kicked me up to “Jane†who explained it all again, and then to “Rus†who tried diligently also, with no luck. All of their instructions were very clear and correct explaining to download the app in the manual and proceed from there, (They were kind, I found this out by reading the manual again more closer). I then started thinking about it and discovered that I had downloaded the wrong app. I downloaded the right app and the rest of the procedure got me back in and can now use the system. I have to commend Hiseeu’s support they are the best and their system in exceptional. It is clear, does every thing as advertised, and has all the bells and whistles. This is the most aggravating system I’ve ever installed. The quality of the picture is OK but the motion detection software is terrible. You set it up for a person or vehicle detection, and any movement will trigger it. I have blocked out the whole screen except one pixel on my driveway and it still sends me notifications every 30 seconds that there’s motion. This is not a quality system, buy a quality system and thank me later. I have already removed three of my cameras for faulting. It will send me a notification and highlight a lawn chair.

I have had my hiseeu outdoor security camera system since spring of this year and it has been reliable thus far. I was skeptical at first but the system has turned out to be very reliable. Motion detection, two way audio and video quality is good stuff. For me being able to count on the camera system and most importantly getting to speak to someone should have a question or two has been the best part. I’ve just ordered another set for a different house.

I bought this system to replace an older model and was glad I did. This systems is a great value for the money with everything that we needed. The set up was easy and the features blew us away. Night view works great and the sound aspect pics up people talking a block and a half away!

I ordered their products first in January 2023. The system is working fine since then with no issues whatsoever. I ordered later two of their 8 cameras system and NVR systems in November 2024. The installation of the systems was delayed until early December. 10 days ago, 3 of the 8 dome cameras failed. I don't know if it was moisture or ice infiltration related. I contacted Hiseeu and 5 days later I received the replacement cameras promptly. They did not even bother to ask me why or how they failed.This is the kind of service that one should expect from a reliable and responsible manufacturer that will encourage you to order again and again from them.

I found that this companies product was good value for the money. The customer service was an added surprise. They were quick to react to any questions I had with the install or operation of the product.I would recommend this product to my most valued friends.

One camera always goes off line. Not the same cam. Just one once a day you have to reset nvr. Pain in the ass

1 failed after 2 days and now 2 more are not working after 2 weeks. The support team helped me to fix the issues. I had great support to debug the issue which was bad quality cables. 3 cables was shipped overnight and fixed the problem definitively. I recommend
