This was an exact fit for my Rancher 455. This is the Husqvarna kit, made in sweden. The price was the slightly lower than what it was priced at for local stores. The air filter is made out of a better material than the original. I say its better because it looks to be cleanable and reusable.

I use my saws a lot in the summer cutting firewood. I could tell my saw was starting to lag. Bought this and replaced the air and fuel filter, and spark plug. My saw was buzzing like new afterwards. Everything was easy to install and took less than 10 minutes. Given the price of saws, make sure you are doing your maintenance.

Great maintenance kit, came quick. The air filter is made with a Pre filter type material and not cloth like the original. Will clean easyer making it last longer, it will also quicker air flow to the saw.

Fit, air filter more of a screen type, original seemed more cloth like. But may be easier to clean in future. Ended up not being my problem just had to clean spark screen in the muffler.

The first kit was sent with the wrong air filter. I returned the kit and requested a replacement. The second kit arrived just as fast as the first one and this time with the correct air filter. I'm very happy with the transaction(s) and my saw is running better now with all 3 components replaced.
