How To Punch The Metal Sheet?
Step 1
- Rotate the punch head 360 degrees.
Step 2
- Release the valve pressure of the knockout punch kit.
Step 3
- Screw the punch draw stud.
- Place the die on the draw stud.
- Put the spacer on punch draw sud.
Step 4
- Let the pilot hole of material through the punch draw stud.
- Place the punch onto the draw stud until it is tight, if the punch is not tight enough, the hole may not be completed.
Step 5
- Turn the pressure valve off.
- Pump the handle until the punch is completely through the material.
Step 6
- Take out the slug.
- Release the turn screw.

works great and make a better hole than Greenlee, but the problem is that the seals don't last long. Get about 12 holes of 1-1/2" knockout and then the seals leak. Comes with a set of seals but after that you can't find replacements.
