Awesome 200w Heater. Works perfectly. The design is super sleek and 200w keeps my 55gal cozy at 75 degrees with 0 issues. I love the external digital temperature adjuster and how easy it is to use. Keeps hands dry and out of tank with a simple press of a button, have not tried it at higher temperature than 75 but I'm sure it would work flawlessly. Will be buying Hygger products again in the future.

Easy to setup, I love the digital display, I have little cuckoo cats that love to climb on the heater and now they won’t get hurt because of the plastic cover

So far so good! The temp is very accurate to display. Seems to be built very well.

We have 8 comets in our pond made with bricks and a liner. We got this because it’s getting cold with winter coming.

I ordered this for my 36 gallon tank and so far seems to be working great! Its very well made! I love the bright display showing the temp. It was super easy to set up and the cords are plenty long enough!Another great product by Hygger!

I bought this heater as a backup/change water heater. I run dual heaters (mostly Hygger as well) in most of of my tanks and this is a backup for my larger tanks. I wish they offered the smaller heaters with some of the functionality's they have in these higher wattage units. This one is a bit of overkill for this use case but it will probably eventually find its way in a tank. This unit has a great number of features usually found on higher priced units. Hygger delivers. The auto shutoff with buzzer, controller, and overheat protection, although I’m thinking my fish may not make it to 97 degrees for any great period of time. I wish the would make it shut off like 5-10 degrees above set temp. I run all my tanks on controllers so not a deal killer for me.A note on set up: The heater element is NOT wrapped in foam. It is filled with a sand like medium. On a good note, I can definitely say it’s built well. I didn’t break the cover, but only due to luck. It’s held together by pins and sockets friction fit. No need to open the cage, nothing to see here. Seriously though don’t try to open the case there is nothing to adjust or change.Only negatives I would mention is that the instructions are not the greatest. The packing foam smells like dead fish. It’s not used, no dead fish inside (see above :).Another great Hygger product.
