These lights are exactly what you see in all social media posts, they were beset easy to assemble and mount, (even easier if you have one extra person to help while you screw the first 2 or 3 screws) if you do not have a light switch to turn them on and off I got a remote switch and attached the controller to the wall by the other light switches.These lights are super bright and look amazingHighly recommend them.

Very bright, maybe not the best pick for a small home gym. Looking up at the light as on a bench or the floor not the best because of the glare...BUT...what I did was turn the light upside down and bounce the light off the ceiling which made the level of brightness perfect and lite up the whole gym area perfect. Assembly was easy.

Very easy to install, and excellent lighting. However, you will want to plug it into something that has a switch, remote, or smart device to turn them on or off without unplugging, or plugging in.

Feels like daylight. Can definitely make your own pattern if it doesn't fit perfectly in your garage like mine. Big difference from old led lights.

These lights are super bright! I almost gave them a 4-star rating because they’re not dimmable and can be a bit overwhelming. But the best part is that they’re modular, so you can just use fewer lights if you want.
