What Does This Do?
The Complete Metpure Ice Maker Fridge Installation Kit is put together by field technicians and plumbers. This complete kit is assembled by professionals to be installed as a water line connection from an existing water supply valve & line to your point of use, such as a freezer, refrigerator, icemaker, water dispenser, water filtration system, drinking fountain, coffee maker, etc.

This kit provides you with materials to secure a connection from the water supply valve under your sink to the icemaker at the back of your refrigerator.

EZ RO Universal Water Supply Adapter
The EZ RO Adapter is designed to universally fit most common shut off valve sizes of 3/8" COMP and 1/2" OD - 7/16".
Quick Connect Female Adapter
The 1/4" quick connect x female threaded compression brass fitting provided allows you to easily set up your connection to the back of your refrigerator.
LLDPE Tubing
Linear low density polyethylene is extremely flexible, crack, and impact resistant. It is the perfect material of choice for running fridge water line by professionals due to its high bendability, pliability, and yield.

Worked perfect for my whirlpool fridge with icemaker. Came with all the adaptors and fittings I needed with plenty of hose. No leaks so far, well built kit. Great value for the money. Easy to install, only needed a wrench and a drill to run through existing cabinets.

The kit was very easy to install. The valve in this kit actually connects to both 1/2†and 3/8†fittings.Drilling may be required if there’s cabinets in between the water source and the appliance. I drilled holes through my cabinets and ran the tubing through to the water valve.Unfortunately, the kit doesn’t include teflon tape. It claims that it isn’t required but that’s risky. I recommend ordering some if you don’t have any already. It should be tightly wrapped around any ridges (on the new valve and the source connections) before installation. It’ll ensure no liquid can leak through the ridges.The tubing is thick and durable. It seems like it will hold up for a while. The length of the tubing was definitely longer than I required, but the excess was easily wound up and tucked behind the fridge.I’ve had no leaks and the ice tastes perfectly fine.

Everything was great except the connection to the refrigerator water line was 1/4 inch and All water lines in the United States are 3/8th inch? I had to spend another $12 to get the correct part? Inconvenient so please correct this mistake.

Comes with pic instructions on packaging. So don't toss it. Adapts for 3/8th and 1/2 in under sink faucet tap. Good kit.

Perfect option for running water to the fridge with the washer/dryer so near. Much easier than other options I researched. And cheaper than building the kit yourself.

very good quality , all pieces fit well good price , used scissors to cut the supply line,added the shutoff valve to my supply line mounted on the back of the fridge. total install job -30 minutes
