I love this - I used to use a plastic cup to sprinkle the snow melt crystals and usually ended up dumping a bunch in one spot - this helps make the crystals spread evenly, with no mess.

I used this to spread Diatomaceous earth (food grade) powder around my yard to help control fleas of the wildlife and birds. The were catching a ride on my long haired dog and coming inside. This has an adjustable lid to control the amount coming out. It worked very well for this purpose. Light weight and easy to handle.

Good product. A little high priced for a plastic jug, but it works well. The adjustable top is effective, but is fairly thin and will pop off from time to time. Overall it’s a good product with a decent value so I give it 4 of 5. I have seen this product for up to $14 and there is no way I would pay that much for this product. It is a $4.99-5.99 type of product. Thin plastic, mass produced, not a durable heavy duty plastic

These salt dispensers are perfect to leave by the doors where you don't have the space for a big bag or container. Great value for the money and with some color options.

Not sure if there are different sizes of salt crystals but the salt I have seems to be a bit too large for the holes in the top; fortunately I can just remove the top and pour salt out so it's a fairly minor annoyance.

I love this product, I can use for anything that I need to spread; it work for lawn furilizer, driveway salt etc .. best for smaller areas, but would work great for larger areas if you have the patience and time to spread it

I haven't actually used this product for dispensing sand onto my sidewalk during the winter. It appears to be easy to use and well built. So I think it will do the job nicely!

Item arrived when promised and I used it the same day. Filled it with pool salt and sprinkled my gravel covered yard for weed control. Easy to fill and to use..

Good quality lightweight plastic. Mechanism for opening size on lid works wel with ability to completely close. Only downside, sticker label residue is almost impossible to remove.

Holes to small for rock salt. You need to take the lid off to spread salt.
