I like the machine, and the way it prepares tea. I bought it in the later part of April, and it started leaking about 2 months ago. I have tried everything that I can think of to deal with this, but nothing works. It deposits about a half cup of water on the counter top every time. I think it is a problem with the pitcher seating in the tea maker. I cannot find any contact information on the company, and Amazon has not been helpful. They just seem to have disappeared and their product shows "not available" on Amazon. I evidently have been very lucky that I have had very few incidents like this, and I do order a high volume from Amazon. I guess it is time to start buying more locally again. I'm starting to get "junk" from Amazon, and they are not helpful. Oh well. I know lots of people are having the same issues...

I ordered this tea maker on 10/23 and it worked fine. Today 2/28 it would not turn on. I expected to use this for longer than three months. I wish Amazon had a No Stars rating.

Bought this to replace our Mr. Coffee tea maker, which can’t be found. We don’t leave ours out on the counter , so the fact that it looks “cheaply made†according to other reviewers doesn’t matter. It brews tea. The parts aren’t dishwasher safe , which is a bummer. But as long as it continues to work I’m happy.Update:After 5 months, the other reviews are accurate: it leaks. It doesn't leak enough at this point to hurry to buy a new (different) one, but it has gotten progressively worse.
