Bought this tool to torque the harmonic balancer bolt on a '19 silverado 5.3 L83 engine. The tool appears to be solid quality, fit in place of the starter bolts with no issue, and engaged snugly into the teeth on the flexplate. I've only used it once so far, but am confident it'll perform without issue many times over for me.

Fit perfectly on a 2005 LM7 5.3 iron block with an LS1 Camaro flywheel. Fits very snug, easy to install and remove.

This flywheel holder is 5 out of 5 stars. It does one thing.. hold the flywheel still and it does it perfectly. Yes there are other options that cost half as much, but they are not beautifully machined out of a solid chunk of American billet. ICT makes great products.

If you’re installing a flywheel this is a great tool to have. You don’t have to worry about it slipping or turning. The teeth fit perfectly into the grooves. It is so easy to use and functions great. I suggest it if you’re a DIY person like myself. Great value tool to have. Thanks

Super sturdy and incredibly useful. I was able to torque the crank bolt and flywheel bolts by myself and made the degreeing of the crank bolt much easier.

Tried a different plate lock that came used and didn't even pretend to bolt on to my Gen V L83 before I found this one, wish I'd seen the ICT first cause the other one wouldn't even have been in the running.The ICT is all clean lines and smooth milling. Bolts right up and swings into place for full tooth engagement on the flex plate like butter. Couldn't be happier with it.

Plain and simple it worked for me removing my factory harmonic balancer bolt with the motor and trans still in my LS1 swapped 1987 el camino and was able to torque the ARP bolt to arp spec after and didnt bend the tool or anything!
