Worked great to stop a leak. Not a bad price compared to factory and bolts right on.

I have 2010 GMC Sierra, 5.3 with a factory oil cooler. I no longer use this truck to tow and only commute back and forth to work with it. My oil cooler lines were leaking badly and I didn't want to buy another set being I no longer needed the cooling capacity any longer. I've used this product in LS swaps before and was impressed with how well it sealed the ports off. So I put it on my lift, removed the front driveshaft from the front yoke and could easily access the oil cooler hose manifold bolted to the block.I put an oil drain pan underneath. I removed the two screws, and installed the oil cooler block off plate. Then I lowered it down and removed the spring clips from the radiator with the drain pan underneath to catch the fugitive oil. Lastly I removed the hoses out from the bottom and cleaned up the mess. After running the engine I noticed my oil pressure is running higher than before. It idles at 40 psi and and runs down the road between 55-60psi. Not bad for over 200,000 miles.

This saved me $350 in repair of oil lines which are not needed. Easy to install once the stock part is cut out using dremmel cut off wheel to cut stock oil lines. Too hard to remove the old lines just cut em out. Go buy hex bolt screws instead of included screws as the small hex heads strip out easy and you cant torque the screws tight to seal the o ring. You cannot reuse the old bolts as they are too long.

Installed the product with the river ring and went to turn my car on and oil comes out like if it didn’t have a gasket
