It’s adorable on my little dog. Keeps her warm and it’s so easy to put on and off. The zipper is sturdy and large. I just love it 🥰

For a shorthair chihuahua like mine, it’s probably only suitable for weather over 40 degrees F because it’s pretty lightweight and doesn’t have fleece.As far as sizing, My chihuahua’s chest is 14” but the Small fit her perfectly even though the Small says it’s meant for 12” chest. on paper, the medium was closer to her size in inches (M is 15.5” chest) but it was wayyyy too big on her, even with layering. (Even though she has a 14” chest she’s actually a very tiny chihuahua, smaller than average)I wish it were warmer, but because it’s super cute it gets 5 stars and I haven’t had any quality issues with it or the zipper at all, they seem to work great. I love how this is so easy to put on and take off, they don’t have to struggle in and out of it like many coats require!

My dog's chest measures 14 inches, so I purchased the medium. The size chart indicates that medium has a 15.5-inch chest measurement. I figured that would give her a bit of room for an extra sweater underneath if needed. The medium was huge on her. It did perfectly fit my other dog who has a 17-inch chest. I like the coat, but it does seem to run large. The fabric feels like it will act as a good windbreaker. I plan to keep the medium and will order a small for the other dog.

This size small fits my little pup so well. It’s soft and has enough warm puffy insulation for these colder days. It’s so much easier to put on with stepping into and zipping up back. She really hates the sweaters I have to pull over her head. This was the perfect answer.

This little jacket is perfect for my 3.5 lb Chihuahua! He is an xxs and the stores had nothing that fit him but this fits exactly like it needs too. Very fluffy and soft . Good quality also

Do not purchase unless your dog has a very narrow girth.I ordered 4 of them, all of my dogs were measured prior to ordering.Still, they were too small & I am unable to use 3 of the 4 I purchased, asked seller for return, they said it's too expensive to ship back to China & reccomend that I keep the jackets. -_____-I re-ordered what I believe is the correct size for each of my 4 little doggies & have given the other too small jackets to my daughter to donate at the Animal Hospital where she works.If this has not deterred you & you would still like to order....read on =DThese are light spring like jackets & cute as can be. I like all of my motley little crew to match, so it can often be a challenge to buy at Marshall's or Home Goods because they don't always have the all the sizes available. With 4 wee ones, I also don't want to pay more than 12$ per jacket, & they have a full wardrobe of different coats for our NY weather =)I ordered small for Spydey, a 12 yr old Chih. His chest (girth) is 14" and his length is 11". The coat zipped him up like a tight little sausage, but the underneath part was clear of his man parts. That last part would've been an automatic dealbreaker. The verdict: too tight.The jacket zips up from what would be the base of tail to neck. I would say if your little friend is 10-12" in girth (measure around largest part of chest) & 9-11" long (from collar to base of tail) this will fit comfortably with a little room for freedom of movement.The size small, did fit my daughter's Pomeranian, SnowPea. Her measurements are: 13" chest (girth) and 11" length, however, because of the closure (zipper on back) and the dog's coat, it was problematic to zip her in. My daughter also prefers to dress her pit bull & pom in coordinating jackets. The largest size the have doesn't even come close to fitting her 50# APBT.As for my other dogs, not even close Q_QI ordered medium for Calypso, a Pit Bull/Maltese mix, 13#'s her measurements are chest (girth) 18" and length 16". This was way too small and I couldn't even zip the pup in. I re-ordered a Large for her. Which arrved today & was a much better fit!Monster, the MinPin. 12#'s also got a medium, his measurements are chest (girth) 19" and length 12".Again, way too small. I also re-ordered a large for him, it arrived today & was also a good fit!I ordered small for Bullet, a Silky terr, 7#'s chest (girth) 17" and length 15". The medium fit him well with a little room to spare.I hope this detailed review helps someone figure out if it's going to fit their little friends or not before they order, because once you do, you're stuck with it!In closing, I'd like to say that these light vests are cute, and the quality is absolutely adequate!! I'm happy with these little coats, which is why I re-ordered in the correct sizes, but subtracted stars because sizing chart left a lot to be desired & this item, because it's coming from China, is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.Photos are of CORRECT sizes after I re-ordered.
