Works great for over 2 years now for our pivoting front door on our house with a pull handle. It has an adjustable tensioner so the wind doesn’t blow the door open. Our builder was impressed with how well built this was.

I love opening and closing my doors every day now. I never expected the door to make the knocking sound when you open or close it, so it is pretty awesome. It also holds the door shut well if installed correctly.

With a slight cutting of the springs I was able to install for my purpose and it works great. It appears to be of acceptable quality.

If you want a front door without a twist to open handle but still need to hold it in place, this is pretty much the only solution. The build is SOLID and well worth the money.
