The bidet is well-built, with strong water flow. However, it is smaller than my regular toilet seat, making it uncomfortable to sit on, so I had to return it.

Came with all the items that you need. Hose, adapter and filter. My main problem is with the size of the toilet after installing it. I really make the elongated toilet feel like a round basin. So what I mean is that you are placed much more forward on the bowl than you are with other seats that are designed for elongated toilets.

We love it! Works great, was wondering how it would be since the water isn’t heated but it’s fine, this is my first bidet, and after getting it I want to order another for the other bathroom. How did we ever go without one all these years!? A def game changer. Install was easy, the way my toilet is though I had to put the attachments differently than the instructions showed, but it works fine, zero leaks.

Nice bidet seat, was easy to install.The seat came with all the necessary parts, and I really appreciated that the hose was a high quality braided hose (not a plastic hose). The instructions were not super detailed but were good enough that installation wasn't difficult.The seat has a somewhat downward angle that I am still getting used to. The angle doesn't affect anything, but feels odd to me.

This seat is so garbage. The seat isn’t level it has a slight inclined, it feels like I’m about to fly off the seat. I believed the reviews, this seat sucks. The screws they use don’t keep the toilet in place.The customer service team rectified my issues. I’m content with the outcome.
