I ordered the ribbed glass dispensers. They are beautiful in person and very sturdy. There was an issue with my order so i reached out to customer service. They resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. Great company that stands behind their products!

We purchased this set and used for baby gender reveal. We boxed it up afterwords and have already used it on a few other occasions as well. It doesn’t leek and it’s very easy to clean.

I bought this for a bday party to serve margs and mojitos. While it didn’t come with instructions, we were able to figure it out ok. Didn’t leak and the stand they sit in were sturdy! Was easy to clean and a good size. 1.5 gallon each so was plenty for a group of 25 people.

This beverage dispenser unit is stunning.But the packaging needs some major help.One of the glass containers broke in shipping, leaving little glass pieces inside the vessel.I contacted the company right away, as we needed this unit for an event later that week.All I was asking was for them to ship out a new 3-gallon glass vessel. Instead of aquesing to my request, the Vendor just said "No, but we will credit you back for your entire purchase".That wasn't what I wanted.Luckily, I was able to get thru the event, even with the damage to the glass.Make sure that when you assemble these and put the faucets on, that you check for leaks. If you over-tighten the faucets you run the risk of breaking the glass, as it feels very brittle.The piece in itself is gorgeous ~ I just wish they would've sent me a new container.Regarding the packaging - they should use a bigger box, and the glass pieces should be placed in bubble bags and then wrapped in foam.Unless you've got an engineering degree, good luck trying to repack this back in the box.There is not any dedicated ice tube. So drinks will get watered down if you fill them with a large amount of ice.
